Unit 1: Planning Website

In unit one, we learn about What is Web Design, Color Theory for Web Design, and Web Accessibility. We started off by trying to find some of the worst websites on the internet, then talked about what made those websites horrible to use. We also talked about which ways we could make those websites better and why it is important. We also learned about some new hotkeys which could be useful in the future. Onto unit 2, we talked about color, such as what a hexadecimal is or what are the three basic colors that monitor transits. For fun, we played some games related to color, such as guessing a color hexadecimal or trying to match the color. For unit 3, we learn about web accessibility and how it is important. We first learned about different types of disabilities and how it affects those who have disabilities from using a website. We then learn about how to organize a website and how to make it easy to navigate, with that knowledge we team up with a partner to design and organize a mock website about school then present it in front of everyone. Finally we make a stretch of our own website on paper so we can have an idea what our website will look like.

Unit 2: What is HTML

HTML is the standard way to build a website, and its acronym stands for HyperText Markup Language. It consists of a series of elements that describe to the browser how to display the content. It is combined with other languages such as Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and scripting languages such as JavaScript. Currently, HTML5 is the latest version of HTML, and it supports other new markup languages.

Unit 3: Accessibile Design

Unit 4: How to Video

my manifesto highlights how lack of sleep affects students and supports the idea of starting school later. It explains how late nights due to changing sleep patterns, homework, and screen time impact students. Shifting school start times aims to improve grades, boost health, and reduce absenteeism, creating a better learning environment for student success and well-being. i find some b roll and mush it up in imovie and mush it some more and created a video which then i put it in my code

Unit 5: Web Graphic

We learned how to make icons through photoshop using multiple different forms of pictures such as things from my phone, things from the internet and pictures from books. We used the scanner to scan the image from the book which was later on turned into an icon along with the other 2 pictures. Then, we used a drawing pad to design a website border and created a footer to display the icons.

Unit 6: CSS is for lover

We learn how to use different methods and ways to stylize our index page using css. Such as the color of the fonts, font type and border around it. With css we can customize the page more easily as long you got the set up right using ID, class, or div and ect. With those IDs you can customize it together as a group instead of having to customize it one by one.

Unit 7: Java Scripting

JavaScript is a flexible language used a lot for web development. It helps make websites interactive and dynamic. From basic animations to complex apps, JavaScript does it all. It works smoothly on various platforms and browsers, making it a key tool for modern web development.
